Castor oil is safe to use because it is a natural product, though there are many products of castor oil in the market. Castor oil works well without any side effects on the skin or hair, it can only cause blur vision if an excess amount is applied, you can rinse your eye with plenty of water. To avoid an excess amount of castor oil getting into your eye, you need to apply it in small quantity bit by bit to your eyelash.
How to apply castor oil to your eyelash with care
Here are some steps you can follow when applying castor oil to your eyelashes:
- Make sure you wash and clean your face to remove dirt or makeup.
- Use a cotton swab or a mascara brush to gently apply a small amount of castor oil to your eyelashes. Make sure not to let the castor oil enter your eyes.
- Make sure to leave the oil over night for good result and wash it off in the morning with warm water.
Note: the process of having a shiny and thicker eyelash is a slow process as these can take up to 3-6 months for better and effective result. You can apply it daily.
